Scope and field of application
Master 3-in-1 machine-multimachine for milk filling in PET bottles is intended for performing the following operation cycle: rinsing and drying of PET bottles, filling them with a product and capping of bottles. The machine is applied at dairy plants.
Working principle
Rinsing and drying
Bottles are placed into the rinsing module and distributed in slots by the input barrel. Each bottle is put under an individual nozzle, which supplies liquid for inside rinsing. The bottles are rinsed outside by special sprayers. Then drying of the bottles is performed in a similar way.
Filling
In the filling module the bottles are automatically placed under a filling head, and then the product is fed into them.
Capping
In the capping module, a cap coming from the cap feeder’s bunker is put on every bottle, and then the bottle is capped.
Then the bottles are transferred to the outside blowoff module and to the output table.

Safety
Containment of the working areas excludes ingress of undesirable substances into the bottles with a product and prevents injuries due to the absence of contact of the operator with the working elements. Sterilization of bottles with ozonized water / hydrogen peroxide solution / peracetic acid solution with further drying with hot air.
