Scope and field of application
3 шт 1 machine-multiblock Master for filling of sweet carbonated drinks in glass bottles is intended for rinsing and drying of glass bottles, dosing of dinks and capping of glass bottles. The installation is widely used in food industry in production of lemonades, cocktails and many other drinks.
Working principle
- Rinsing and drying
The prepared glass bottles is placed in the rinsing module where it is positioned in the inlet drum grooves with the use of an endless screw. The rinsing device’s hold grips the glassware, rotates it, and turns it over. At the same time, a bottle is rinsed inside and outside. Then the glassware is transferred to the drying module operating similar to the rinsing module.
- Filling
At the bottling section the glassware is filled with the product.
- Caps feeder
The aligner (orientation device) puts a cap on the glassware being delivered, and then the glassware is capped.
Then the glassware is blown off outside and delivered to the conveyer output.

We offer different modifications of the present model adapted for production of various products – foods (beer, vodka, juice, milk), household and automobile chemical goods, medical alcohol, aggressive liquids and hot process bottlery. The equipment functions can be extended to satisfy the customer’s needs by increasing the number of operations from two to five (tetrablock or multiblock).
Safety
Availability of safety microswitches ensures blocking (stopping) of separate processes if errors are detected that prevents accidents.
