Filling alcohol into industrial or pharmacy conditions is a complex process, which requires mandatory compliance with GOST, TU, GMP and other industry standards. Alcohol is flammable substance, which leads to the creation of special conditions that ensure product safety: clean and sterile containers, avoiding contact with air to avoid evaporation, avoiding the ingress of impurities and tightness of the packaging.
“AURORA PACK ENGINEERING” produces 3 in 1 machines and multiblocks “Master” for filling medical alcohol, which meet all the requirements for organizing the production of this product. The units are multifunctional and implement a sequential cycle of operations for packaging alcohol in bottles in automatic mode. Stainless steel is used in the production of equipment, which eliminates the occurrence of corrosion, oxidation and other undesirable reactions. The possibility of readjusting individual units allows filling in containers of various formats.
Scope and field of application
3 in 1 machine – multiblock “Master” for filling medical alcohol is designed for washing and drying bottles, filling alcohol and capping bottles with a volume of 100 ml. The installation is used both by large enterprises and on the territory of small production sites. The machine can be used to equip enterprises in the chemical industry that produce alcohol-containing products.
Working principle
The machine implements a range of technological operations:
• Rinsing and drying
The bottle is placed in the 3 in 1 machine and falls under the action of the input drum, which distributes it into the grooves and moves it under the clamps of the rinse aid disk. Water supply is carried out both from the inside and from the outside. After rinsing is completed, the bottle is similarly dried on all sides.
• Filling
In the filling zone, the bottle is positioned in such a way that it falls exactly under the filling head. The container is filled with product.
• Capping
The cap orientation system delivers a cap to each container, after which capping is performed.
Filled and capped bottles are transported through the conveyor to the blowing zone for external drying, and then to the exit table.

Design variants
“AURORA PACK ENGINEERING” produces 3 in 1 machines “Master” in various modifications, depending on the specifics of the Customer’s production: for filling food drinks (juice, soft drinks, milk, vodka, beer), household chemicals (shampoos, soaps, gels) and automotive chemistry (cleaners, antifreeze). An option is provided for filling aggressive liquids, as well as for implementing the hot filling process for work with glass or PET tare. If necessary, the number of operations can be increased to five (four-block or multi-block).
Safety
The 3 in 1 machine is made in explosion-proof execution. The tightness of the base ensures the safety of the operator working with the installation.
