Industrial production of any product, whether they are pharmaceutical product, cosmetic product, household chemical product or food product, is a complex, multi-step process consisting of a number of sequential operations. “AURORA” provides a service for the creation of fully functioning industries in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical industries. The wide capabilities of the manufactured units enable us to carry out all the key technological stages of manufacturing products at a high level.

We produce equipment for the implementation of the full production cycle – from packaging to the labeling:

• Washing equipment sold by our company ensures the cleaning of bottles from contamination before filling or packaging, which is an essential condition for the production of quality products. We produce models with both semi-automatic (with the participation of operator) and automated control. In accordance with the production needs the installation can be equipped with a system of brushing, sterilization and drying bottle.

• Filtration equipment is used for fine filtration of liquid substances by pumping a crude solution using specialized pumps. As a rule, filtration installations are completed with peristaltic and piston pumps, intended for pumping the product and subsequent filling.

• Filling equipment provides accurate filling of the product without the risk of contamination and volume error. Machines of this type can be additionally equipped with options for collecting, mixing and heating of the product. Also, many devices are equipped with the last drop removal system, which avoids product losses.

• Capping equipment prevents the spilling of the product and the ingress of foreign substances due to the lack of tightness of the package. The feature of our devices lies in the original design, which provides not only reliable protection of the product from external influences, but also ease of operation for personnel due to the ease of readjustment for the desired type of packaging.

• Labeling equipment is designed for quick and high-quality labeling of bottles. In accordance with the technical specifications, we produce models that are optimal for working with different types of labels: on hot, cold glue and self-adhesive. The equipment is compact and easy to control.
