Laminar systems

The production of most types of sterile pharmaceuticals, as well as some types of cosmetology products, must be carried out in sterile rooms free from polluting components of the environment and having strictly organized sanitary and air exchange conditions. To create such sealed zones, laminar covers are used, which are installed around the working area, ensuring the sterility of the processes of open filling and primary capping (pre-capping) of products.

The company "AURORA" supplies high-tech laminar systems with wide functionality. Installations of this type are used to equip any industrial premises and serve as a barrier for such types of pollution as:

• Dust, dirt and microorganisms that inevitably penetrate production located in urban or industrial areas;

• Aerosol particles and various chemical vapors;

• Various pollution arising from the operation of building structures and production equipment.

Laminar covers, manufactured and supplied by our company, are used both to create stand-alone sterile rooms, as well as additional equipment for washing, capping, filtering and filling units. To clean the air coming from the external environment, filters are used in installations of the HEPA class, effectively removing contaminant particles with a diameter of less than 2.5 microns, which lead to contamination of the product. In addition, in clean areas, proper air circulation is created with the specified values of pressure, temperature and humidity.

Each laminar installation is made for individual needs of the Customer, can be made in any configuration and equipped with various additional devices. The design of the cover is made using wear-resistant and durable materials, which ensures a long service life. Laminar zones produced by us are widely demanded in the field of food production, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry in the manufacture of sterile drugs, infusion solutions and other means. In addition, the installation used in the production of goods of the cosmetic industry (creams, serums, lotions).
