Automatic doypacks filling and sealing monoblock “Master” is designed taking into account all the peculiarities of the activities of enterprises producing products in doypack packages. The machine can pack 1,500 bags per hour, which allows you to significantly increase the productivity of the enterprise. The sealing function is realized immediately after filling with a combination of a welded seam and a reusable zip-lock, which ensures absolute tightness of the bag.

The highly intelligent control system, application in the production of stainless steel AISI304 and 316L and other quality materials allows us to guarantee uninterrupted operation, long-term preservation of the presentable appearance and durability of this machine.

Scope and field of applications

Automatic doypacks filling and sealing monoblock “Master” is designed for automatic implementation of the following operations: feeding doypack bags, opening the bag, filling of product, sealing of seams and inserting the zip-lock. The equipment can be used in food, veterinary and chemical industries for the production of powder consistency products, including multicomponent ones (condiments, instant soups, animal feed and other goods).

Working principle

The machine works in automatic mode. Before starting work, the operator loads the bags into the feeder table. After starting, the machine automatically feeding bags, open bags, filling product, first sealing, the second sealing and output.
