Vibrating hopper for feeding caps to the orientator VP-100 automates the process of loading the caps into the working area of the orientator. The use of the device in orientation systems can significantly improve the performance of the product packaging process by reducing labor costs.

The design of the vibrating hopper is made of stainless steel recommended by the GMP standard. Installation is not subject to corrosion and is resistant to mechanical stress, which ensures the duration of its service life.

 

Scope and field of application

Vibrating hopper for feeding caps to the orientator VP-100 is designed to feed the caps directly into the working area of the vibratory bowl. The product is used in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and chemical enterprises that produce serial products: liquid dosage forms, sterile preparations, pharmaceutical solutions, essential oils, cosmetics, household chemicals and other products.

 

Working principle

The operator fills the prepared caps into the vibrating hopper directly from the bag or from the dressing sterilizer and starts the installation. Under the action of vibrational flicking motions arising in the hopper, the caps are pushed into the feeder, where they are subsequently turned over as needed and fed into the capping zone. Vibrating hopper VP-100 is equipped with a level sensor and is connected directly to the vibration feeder. When the minimum permissible amount (level) of the caps in the hopper is reached, the vibrating hopper VP-100 is put into operation and ensures that the caps in the hopper are replenished to the required level.
