Bottles sterilization

Heat treatment of packaging and medical products is a mandatory procedure carried out in all institutions of the health sector (medical prevention centers, hospitals, ambulance stations, blood transfusion centers, etc.), in food production, as well as in beauty salons and beauty studios. One of the most common methods of this type of disinfection are steam and air sterilization, which are carried out by means of specialized equipment. The high-temperature effect realized by such devices effectively destroys microorganisms, penetrating deeply into the material and without destroying its properties.

AURORA” supplies a wide range of continuous sterilizers that implement steam and air treatment of metal, glass, plastic, rubber, latex and other materials. We implement models of floor and desktop, horizontal and vertical sterilization plants with a working chamber capacity from 10 to 640 liters, with the possibility of installing any temperature mode (up to 200 °C) – depending on the volume of the loaded material and the chosen sterilization method. The choice of a particular installation depends on a number of factors, including the volume and material of the items to be sterilized; terms of placement; requirements of state standards and other regulatory procedures for the processing of certain products.

Steam sterilizers

Steam sterilizers (autoclaves) implement the disinfection process by treatment with saturated steam at high pressure (above atmospheric). When heated, saturated steam enters the sterilization chamber, forming in it an area with elevated pressure and temperature above 100 °C. Devices differ in universality and high operational characteristics. We offer both large installations of this category intended for processing large volumes of materials (Automatic steam sterilizer GKa-100 PZ, Steam sterilizer GKa-100 PZ), and small-sized easily transportable devices for small rooms and mobile medical facilities (Automatic steam sterilizer GKa-25 PZ (-07), Automatic steam sterilizer GPa-10 PZ).

Air sterilizers

The principle of operation of air sterilizers is based on the treatment with dry hot air. These devices differ from steam sterilizers with a higher temperature inside the chamber (180-190°) - with lower rates, the disinfection process would be ineffective. Exposure to dry air is gentler than steam, for products made of steel and other metals and allows you to process them an unlimited number of times. The undoubted advantage of air sterilizers is the presence of a ventilation system that ensures even distribution of flows and efficiency of heating the chamber. Our catalog contains several series of air sterilizers, differing in chamber volume, design and other characteristics. Among them there are the Air Sterilizer GP-10 MO from the line of the most simple and compact devices, Air Sterilizer GP-160 PZ, referring to the models with average productivity, Air Sterilizer GP-640 PZ with capacious chamber volume and a number of other installations.

The high efficiency of our sterilization machines is achieved thanks to the presence of microprocessors, temperature sensors and other functional elements. All units are equipped with systems for maintaining a given temperature level, overheat protection, protection against pressure drops and other options ensuring the safety of their operation. Most models of this equipment are equipped with a computer compatibility feature that allows you to display progress data to a PC, as well as automatically document the results of processes. The devices do not require equipping with additional aeration installations and are absolutely safe for the environment and personnel.

After a technological (working) cycle has been selected, a pre-fractionated vacuum is created in the working chamber of the autoclave, with periodic heating, i.e., air and condensate are effectively removed in the working chamber. When heated, water vapor enters the chamber, increasing the pressure and temperature in it in accordance with the specified parameters, and the sterilization phase begins. The increased pressure in the autoclave compensates for the temperature expansion of the product. Such conditions allow you to speed up the reaction, as well as increase the yield of the product. At the end of the sterilization exposure, the pressure in the autoclave chamber is released and the vacuum pulsating drying of products begins, and the remaining moisture instantly evaporates at high temperature and negative pressure.

The sterilization cycle is controlled, and the cycle parameters are displayed using an interactive electronic touch screen located on the front panel of the autoclave. With the help of controls located on the panel (buttons, smooth controls, etc.), the operator selects the cycle, adjusts the parameters, and also has the ability to put the autoclave into standby mode.
