The company "AURORA PACK ENGINEERING" carries out the production of a multifunctional automatic filling and sealing monoblock for PET tubes “Master” MZ-400ED, which is ideally suited for packaging large and medium batches of tubes. One of the features of this modification of the tube filling machine is the presence of a large receiving hopper, made with an “elevator” system for feeding empty tubes to the filling section.

 

Scope and field of application

This monoblock is used for packing and sealing plastic /laminate tubes filled with liquid, viscous and pasty products. The machine automatically fills each tube (nominal volume is 1.5-300 ml) with product with an accuracy of +/- 2%. The equipment is widely used in the cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries for packaging gels, ointments, creams, sauces, pastes and other products.

 

Working principle

The machine automatically carries out the process of loading tubes, positioning, filling, capping and unloading of finished products. The parameters of all operations are set in the control menu and displayed on the touch control panel. The operator is sufficient to control the process of loading empty tubes and finished products.

The process of filling and packing is carried out using a piston pump. The product is fed from the receiving tank at the top of the monoblock. Filling is carried out by the group. When a tube enters the optical sensor (located at the installation site of the first metering nozzle), a signal is given to open the cylinder and filling takes place. The dosage amount is set in the machine menu using the PLC. Next, the tubes are fed to the sealing unit.

The tube is sealed on the installation by heating the inside of the tube with hot air. This design allows reducing the effect of temperature on the external surface of the tube. The sealing temperature is also set in the machine menu using a PLC.

Design variants

In the standard version, the automatic filling and sealing monoblock for PET tubes “Master” MZ-400ED is equipped with one set of format parts for one tube size. Optionally, the machine can be supplied with a set of format parts for different sizes of tubes. Depending on the needs of the manufacturer, the model can be equipped with additional equipment to implement the functions of controlling the level of the product in the storage tank, heating the product in the storage tank, mixing the product in the storage tank, injection of heated compressed air to blow the tube before filling.

 

Safety

All electric parts are located in a closed box under the desktop, which ensures the safety of the operator while working with the machine.
