A feature of this model is the ability to produce simultaneous capping of bottles of different types. The video shows the capping of three types of containers: BKZ glass (450 ml), plastic bottles for rolling smooth of aluminum caps Vialvet PET (500 ml) and plastic bottles for rolling smooth aluminum caps Vialvet matte PET (500 ml).

The equipment meets all GMP standards. Only high-quality and durable materials are used for its manufacture: stainless steel grades AISI304 and AISI316L, medical caprolon and medical silicone tubes.

Scope and field of application

Automatic capping machine MZ-400E2M is designed for capping glass and plastic bottles with aluminum caps of type K-3-32 and K-3-34. The main customers of the equipment are pharmaceutical and veterinary companies of a wide range of activities (medical production complexes, veterinary factories, agricultural complexes, pharmacies, medical and health institutions, veterinary clinics and several others).

Working principle

It is enough for the operator to install the bottles prepared for capping (sealed with rubber stoppers and with aluminum caps previously thrown on) on the transport tape and wait for the bottle to arrive in the capping area. In the capping zone, the rotating head rolls the still standing bottle. After the closure process, the bottle enters the discharge area.
