Working principle

The operator loads the syringes into a monoblock, sets the settings for all operations and presses the “START” button, after which all the work is done automatically. The filling system is a complex of rotary-piston pumps, which are controlled by two independent servo motors. Depending on the size of the syringes, the filling needles are mechanically mounted to the appropriate filling height. The product is moved by reciprocating from the suction area to the discharge side. Filling is completed by lowering the piston. Next is the capping of syringes plugs.
