Automatic filling monoblock for aluminum tubes (6000 pcs per hour) “Master” MZ-400ED is a unique development of the construction department of "AURORA PACK ENGINEERING”. The use of the latest technologies has allowed our team to implement in this model all the requirements for functionality imposed by manufacturers on tubes installations. The machine is made on its own production site, equipped with powerful highly specialized equipment, in accordance with international quality standards.

 

Scope and field of application

This monoblock is designed to automate the process of filling aluminum tubes with products with a liquid, pasty and viscous consistency. The nominal volume of tubes used can vary from 2 to 2000 ml. The machine is used in medium and large industries that produce pharmaceutical products (medical ointments and gels), cosmetics (creams, shampoos, lotions), as well as food products (sauces, mustard, mousses).

 

Working principle

The tube filling and sealing machine has a control unit. All operations are set in the control menu and displayed on the touch control panel. The machine automatically carries out the process of loading tubes, positioning, filling, sealing and unloading of finished products. The operator is sufficient to control the process of loading empty tubes and finished products.

The packaging system is a piston dispenser. The product is fed from the receiving tank at the top of the monoblock. Filling is carried out by the group. When a tube enters the optical sensor (located at the installation site of the first filling nozzle), a signal is given to open the cylinder and filling takes place. The filling amount is set in the machine menu using the PLC. Next, the tubes are fed to the sealing unit.

Type of sealing – folding/crimping aluminum tube. The sealing temperature is also set in the machine menu using a PLC.

Ease of operation is provided by a convenient control system, which allows you to set the settings for a certain type of tubes, the speed of the installation and other individual parameters.

 

Design variants

Monoblock is completed in accordance with the technical specifications of the Customer. Depending on the type of product, the device can be equipped with one or two filling nozzles. For thick substances, stationary nozzles are installed, for more liquid ones, they are lowered. Providing additional functionality is achieved by equipping the product with heating and mixing products, devices for blowing and injection of heated compressed air into the tubes before filling.

 

Safety

To ensure the safety of personnel work, the monoblock is equipped with a safety fence. In addition, the installation is equipped with a stop system of all processes, which can be enabled by the operator in the event of an emergency at work.
