The storage tank for holding of product EMK K with volume of 100 l, manufactured by “AURORA PACK ENGINEERING”, is highly functional and is used to perform a number of manufacturing operations: storage, mixing and filling of the product. The device is equipped with a cover that ensures the tightness of the processes and prevents the entry of foreign substances.

The equipment is manufactured in accordance with all standards adopted in the field of such type installation production, which allows its use including for the production of food and medicines. The main material used in the tank manufacture – stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L, characterized by high strength characteristics.

Scope and field of application

Storage tank for holding of product EMK K with volume of 100 l is intended for the storage of liquid, viscous and thick products during various technological and physical processes, as well as subsequent dosing into containers. The device is used by pharmaceutical manufacturers (for the preparation of liquid medicines, solutions, suspensions), at the enterprises of the cosmetic and chemical industries (for the production of shampoos, creams, soaps, detergents), as well as in the food industry (for filling vegetable oils, sauces, beverages and other products).

Working principle

Tank is installed on the prepared place, filled with the product and started by pressing a button on the control unit. To ensure the integrity of the process, the lid is tightly closed. Further work is carried out in automatic mode in accordance with the specified parameters.
