Packing the syrup in the bottles in terms of industrial production is associated with a number of difficulties due to a certain degree of viscosity and other features of this product. This, in turn, involves equipping with specialized equipment developed in accordance with the individual specifics of the activity and meeting the requirements of GOST, HACCP and other standards of the food industry.

Automatic filling line MASTER-FUD for syrup implements a full cycle of product packaging operations in containers with maximum efficiency. The installation is equipped with contactless sensors that regulate the process of bottles entry into the dividers of the filling and capping units, exit to the labeling position and a number of others. This allows the modules of the line to work only when there is a need (for example, the capping machine does not turn on until the bottle goes into it), and to prevent the consequences of various emergency situations.

Scope and field of application

Automatic filling line MASTER-FUD for syrup is intended for the dosed supply of the product in bottles with the subsequent orientation of the stoppers and caps, their capping and labeling of containers. The main scope of the installation is the food industry (production of syrups and products based on them).

Working principle

On the conveyor, the bottles enter to the filling zone, where the product is fed into the bottles with the help of filling nozzles. The filling volume is preset on the control panel. Further, the orientation system issues a cap and put it onto the container. The bottles enter the disc conveyor, after which capping occurs. Then the bottles go into the labeling area. After applying the label, the finished bottles are moved to the output tray.

• The design of the syrup filling line provides for easy washing of the units from the syrup that falls on them.

Sets of interchangeable tool sets allow you to readjust the work of the line for filling similar product composition into containers of various formats.

Operational comfort

The individual sections of the line are controlled using the “Siemens” controller with a convenient TouchScreen remote control, where all parameters are set, errors are displayed and operation statistics are displayed.

“AURORA PAK ENGINEERING” produces lines of this model in various versions. Execution of each machine is carried out on the basis of the technical task of the Customer. The installation can be equipped with additional technological areas that will optimally complement it for the implementation of the required production technology.

Safety

В 2013 г. в нашей компании рассматривался вопрос комплексного оснащения производства оборудованием «Аврора» для приготовления и розлива газированных напитков.

В итоге оборудование было приобретено у «Андрей-Техно-Прим» г. Владивосток.

На пуско-наладочные работы персонал не был отправлен. Оборудование пришло несоответствующее нашему Техзаданию и предварительным переговорам с задержкой в несколько месяцев. В результате чего мы пропустили «сезон» повышенных продаж.

Также ни один из дополнительно приглашенных нами специалистов не смог выполнить настройку укупорочного блока.

Мы решили обратиться за помощью к сотрудникам ООО НПП «Аврора». После наших переговоров специалисты приехали в течении 3 рабочих дней и выполнили диагностику и наладку оборудования на месте, а также дали ценные советы по дальнейшей доработке линии до рабочего состояния:

- места установки и логику работы дополнительных датчиков, которые позволят линии работать автоматически, а не полуавтоматически, как сейчас;

- замену ножек и дополнительный крепеж оборудования к полу, что не даст ему разъезжаться во время работы.

Отдельно хотим отметить работу начальника производства Егорова Юрия Борисовича, который по-человечески отнесся к нашим проблемам, вник в них, разобрался в оборудовании стороннего производства и смог на месте решить проблемы, над которыми мы бились несколько месяцев.
