Filling and capping line MASTER-FUD for jam with berries is a complex of high-tech installations, which together provide the most efficient implementation of the full packaging cycle of this product. The machine is equipped with two types of pumps – a peristaltic pump for jam filling and a single-flow gravity pump for berries feeding.

The implementation of all operations is carried out in accordance with the mode set by the operator. The ability to install interchangeable tool sets on individual functional elements, as well as the presence of position controllers allows, if necessary, to easily change the production technology.

Scope and field of application

Filling and capping line MASTER-FUD for jam with berries is intended for filling the product, berries slug feed, cap feeding and capping with aluminum twist-off caps. The device was created specifically for food industry enterprises producing canned fruit and berries (jam, jelly, fruit paste, confiture), and is also used in the manufacture of bakery and confectionery products with filling, yogurt and other desserts.

Working principle

The operator starts the filling line in the work. The turn table begins to rotate, with the result that the bottles move on the conveyor, which moves it to the filling position. When the bottles enters the filling unit, a sensor is triggered, which gives a signal that the product is being filled. Here the bottles are partially filled, after which the bottles along the conveyor are moved to the batch filling zone of berries. Next, the bottles enter the cap orientation zone, and then into the vacuum capping zone. After exiting from the vacuum capping machine, the bottles with jam are moved to the turn table TDM-600 or to other technological operations, for example, labeling.

The installation can be used for the production of different products, which is achieved by the possibility of adjusting the parameters of the functioning of all areas. Individual elements are configured for different types of bottles and caps.

Operational comfort

Management is carried out using a microprocessor of the weighing terminal. All progress information is displayed on a segment display. The frequency converter allows you to smoothly adjust the disk speed for the convenience of the receiving operator.
