Automatic filling line for puree “Master”

The compact automatic filling line “Master” for puree is made on the basis of a standard modular system and is a complex of equipment for the implementation of the puree filling process into bottles followed by capping. The work of all elements of the line is synchronized in such way that the operations are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible. The installation ensures uninterrupted operation throughout a given period, eliminating the occurrence of fault time and other production costs.

The machine is manufactured in accordance with the requirements for equipment production, declared by the concept of HACCP. This allows you to apply the line in the activities of food companies at various levels. The components that make up the equipment are made of stainless steel and coated with protective compounds that provide corrosion resistance.

Scope and field of application

The automatic filling line “Master” for puree is intended for filling, capping and labeling of bottles. Installation is applied by the food enterprises which are producing vegetable and fruit purees, including baby food puree.

Working principle

The operator starts the line, after which the turn table TDM-600 begins to rotate. Bottles are sent to the linear conveyor, moving it to the filling position of puree. On the linear filling unit, the sensor triggers the entry of the bottles to the filling position. Automatic cut-offs at the inlet and outlet ensure the immobility of the bottles when filling. After bottle filling, the cut-offs are turned off, allowing the filled bottles to go to the next operation in the processing chain and enter the filling positions with the next empty bottles. During the movement of the filled bottles to the position of the capping, the operator manually puts a cap on the neck (optionally, it is possible to install the elevator/vibration caps feeder). When a bottle with puree moves to the rotary table of the capping machine MZ-400E3L, it automatically starts and performs capping. After capping unit, the bottles with puree is moved to the exit turn table or to other technological operations, such as labeling.

On the touch screen, which is equipped with a machine, the operator can set the parameters of individual sections and the entire line. Directly technological processes are implemented fully automatically.

Design variants

To extend the functionality and increase productivity, the line can be equipped with an automatic caps feeder.
