Complex filling line “Master” for oils is a set of equipment that implements the technological sequence of operations for the supply of bottles, filling, plugs/caps orientation, bottles capping, as well as labeling of finished products. The machine was created using innovative technologies and in accordance with European quality standards.

All processes occur automatically without the direct participation of the operator. Smart device filling system (peristaltic filling pumps) allows efficient and lossless filling of the bottles with the product. As a result of the precision of the capping unit, a hermetic capping of the bottles is performed. High equipment of the labeling module provides even and smooth labeling on the bottle. All equipment included in this complex line has been completed taking into account the requirements for equipment of production facilities regulated by GMP and HACCP standards.

 

Scope and fields of application

Complex filling line “Master” for oils is intended for complex solution of product filling problems, orientation of caps (2 sizes), glass and plastic bottles capping with volumes of 30, 50 and 100 ml with aluminum screw and plastic caps simultaneously with minimum changeover (2 sealing heads) , as well as subsequent labeling and marking of containers. The machine is used to equip food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, veterinary and chemical enterprises.

 

Working principle

The line is connected to the electricity and air supply systems. Bottles are placed on the turntable, caps are filled in the feeder, the pump is connected to the supply tank with the product. On the control panel, the “Start” button is pressed and the bottles begin to move along the conveyor of the filling and capping module, then the dividing disk moves the bottles under the nozzles and the product is filled (if there are no bottles, the sensors turn off the peristaltic pumps). Then a cap is put on and a filled bottle is capped, after which it enters the conveyor. When driving on a conveyor belt, a label is applied using a self-adhesive label applicator and a roll-in. Simultaneously with labeling, there is a labeling of bottles with the help of thermal transfer printer. Then the finished bottles arrives at the turntable.

Setting up the line, as well as starting and stopping the equipment included in its structure, is performed using the control panel implemented in the touch screen. Adjustment of monoblock’s production capacity is carried out using the control knob, located on the body.


Design variants

Modification of each line depends on the individual needs of the Customer. If necessary, the model can be equipped with additional installations, which together will allow implementing the production processes at a particular enterprise most efficiently.

 

Safety

The unit was created in accordance with the requirements of fire, technological and environmental safety. The control panel is located outside the working area, which eliminates the occurrence of industrial injuries.
