Scope and field of application

Washing, filling, capping and labeling line “Master” for alcohol liquids is intended for rinsing and drying of the bottle, the dosed supply of the product into the bottles with their subsequent capping with plastic caps and labeling. The line meets all the necessary requirements of GMP and GPP and can be used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic production.

Working principle

Before the start of the line, the bottle is placed on a turn table, the product is filled in a bottle, stoppers and caps are poured into the feeders. The operator starts the line, and the bottles along the conveyor belt enter the washing process area, where they are washed inside and outside. Next, the bottles groups come under the filling nozzle, and the product is filled. Then, along the dividing table, the bottles enter the capping zone, where a stopper is plugged into the vial, and then the cap is twisted and twisted. After that, along the conveyor belt, the container is moved to the labeling zone, where a self-adhesive label is applied to it, and then onto the turn table.
