Scope and field of application

Semi-automatic rinsing machines MO-3000 are designed to remove mechanical impurities (fragments of glass, cardboard, dust, etc.) from any glass and plastic vials, bottles and containers before filling them. The machine is used in pharmaceutical, veterinary, cosmetic and food enterprises for washing and rinsing bottles with drugs and other types of products. Also, customers of the equipment are perfume companies that use it before perfume and other products are filled.

Working principle

Bottles installation on the rinsing device and remove them manually. For the unit to operate in automatic mode, it is necessary to set the switch to the “Automatic” position and turn on the pumps. After pressing the “START” button, the main motor starts to rotate the holders with the washed bottles. Upon the completion of the transfer of the bottles from one treatment zone to another (the bottles are positioned above the nozzles), the electromagnet control valves of the distributors are activated and detergent solutions begun to flow into the nozzles. After the rinsing time set from the operator's panel (or air blowing), the solenoid valve control electromagnets are disconnected, a temporary pause is required to drain the cleaning solution from the bottles into the tanks and the main engine is turned on again. The work cycle stops when the “STOP” button is pressed.
