Operation concept

Sterilized syringes are loaded into a monoblock, the product is placed in a hopper, after which the operator sets the necessary operating parameters and starts. The filling system is a piston filling pumps. The movement of the filling needles is carried out by a cam (copier). Lifting down the piston makes a pressure area, under the action of which the product is sucked from the hopper and fill into syringes. Next step after this process is capping part.
