Semi-automatic PET-cups filling and sealing monoblock “Master” MZ-400ED is a reliable and high-speed machine produced by specialists of “AURORA PACK ENGINEERING” taking into account the specifics of the food industry. When developing this model, the main focus was placed on the quality of the used materials, speed of work and uninterrupted operation. A high degree of automation can significantly reduce labor costs and ensure uniform product dosing with minimal uncertainty (+/- 1%).

Scope and field of application

Semi-automatic PET-cups filling and sealing monoblock “Master” MZ-400ED is intended for the filling of thick product into cups and the subsequent hermetic sealing. The machine is used in food production for filling and sealing plastic cups with yogurt, pasta, puddings, sauces and other products. Aluminum foil, aluminum film and plastic film used in the food industry can be used as sealing material.

Working principle

The cups are automatically fed into the special positional holes on the work table. Further, when turning the table, the cup falls into the filling zone. The product comes from the storage tank into the cup using a piston pump with a pneumatic drive. A filling nozzle is installed at the dispenser outlet. After that, the filled cups enters the sealing zone with a film or foil, followed by using a thermal knife and after sealing it is pushed into the unloading tray.
