Scope and field of application

The automatic monoblock MZ-400ED is used for filling and sealing PET cups with thick, pasty and viscous products, as well as with multi-component compositions of any consistency. The equipment is widely in demand in the food industry for the packaging of sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise, pastes, jelly, pudding, puree, mustard and other products produced in plastic cups. Working principle

The operator sets all parameters on the touch screen panel and starts the working process. Next, the machine automatically fills the product into PET cups, seals cup with aluminum foil and puts the PET cap on the top. After sealing, the finished product goes out from the machine by conveyor belt.
