Semi-automatic filling and sealing monoblock “Master” MZ-400ED for PET cups is a reliable and high-performance machine created by specialists of “AURORA PACK ENGINEERING” taking into account the specifics of the food industry. When developing this model, emphasis was placed on the quality of the materials, speed of work and uninterrupted operation. A high degree of automation can significantly reduce labor costs and ensure the uniformity of filling of the product with a minimum error (+/- 1%).

Scope and field of application

Semi-automatic filling and sealing monoblock “Master” MZ-400ED is intended for the dosed supply of thick product into PET cups and the subsequent hermetic sealing. The machine is used in food production for filling and sealing yogurt, pasta, puddings, sauces and other products into plastic cups. Aluminum foil, aluminum film and plastic film used in the food industry can be used as sealing material.

Operation concept

The cups are automatically fed into the special positional holes on the desktop. Further, when turning the table, the cup falls into the filling area. The product comes from the storage tank into the cup using a piston dispenser with a pneumatic actuator. A filling nozzle is installed at the dispenser outlet. After that, the filled cup gets into the sealing area with a film or foil, followed by using a thermal knife and after sealing it is pushed into the unloading tray.
