"Doypack" is one of the most inexpensive and, at the same time, practical types of modern package, which is made of heat-sealing polymer film. The use of packages of this type ensures the preservation of the marketable state and all the necessary properties of the packaged product for a given shelf life.

Automatic filling and sealing monoblock “Master” MZ-400ED was developed by specialists of “AURORA PACK ENGINEERING” due to ever-increasing demand of food and chemical enterprises in high-performance installations ensuring efficient processes and high-quality sealing of seams in a joint standard. The machine is equipped with a system of "smart automation", which allows you to manage processes as simply as possible and carry out a readjustment for the production of another product. The body of the monoblock is made of stainless steel AISI 304, while the elements of the machine in direct contact with the product are made from 316L.

Scope and field of application

Automatic filling and sealing monoblock “Master” MZ-400ED is designed for dosed packing of liquid, dry and pasty products into bags of “doypack” type, as well as their subsequent tight sealing. This equipmnt is used in the food industry for packing mayonnaise, sauce, condensed milk, sweets, seasonings, dried fruits, tea, coffee and a wide range of other products. In addition, the machine is used to pack liquid detergents, bath salts, shower gels and other household chemicals.

Operation concept

Equipment works in automatic mode. The operator inserts a roll of heat-sealing film into a monoblock and then the machine automatically forms a package, stamps the production date, opens the package and fills it with the product. Next is the sealing process.

The machine can be combined with a washing module for organization of the maximum sterile production.
