Filling monoblock “Master” for glycerin in 10-100 ml bottles

The presented “Master” modification of the MZ-400ED model was made in block design with a fence equipped with door opening signaling sensors. The control cabinet of the unit is equipped with a high-performance controller that synchronizes the operation of all electric drives and pneumatic mechanisms in accordance with a given cyclogram. The filling and capping module includes a high-precision peristaltic filling system based on stepper motors, consisting of two peristaltic pumps and two descending filling heads, as well as calibrated peristaltic tubes, pneumatic blockers for installing droppers and caps, a twist head with a fixed capping moment.

This monoblock is manufactured at our own production site “AURORA PACK ENGINEERING”, equipped with equipment of leading world manufacturers. When developing this model, we used innovative technologies and unique in-house developments, therefore this model is characterized by wide functionality, compactness and low power consumption.

Scope and field of application

This monoblock is intended for filling glycerin into bottles of 10-100 ml with subsequent capping of the bottles with a dropper plug and twisting with screw thread caps. The main scope of the machine is the production of refills for electronic cigarettes with a glycerin content of up to 90%. Also, the installation can be used in the activities of cosmetic companies and enterprises producing household chemical goods.

Working principle

The prepared bottles are placed on the input turn table and are fed to the filling unit through the conveyor. After the bottle reaches the filling position, the fiber optic sensor is triggered, as a result of which the filling head is lowered into the bottle and filled with product. Next, the bottle is moved to the capping unit. The twisting head regulated on speed and height makes a twist of a bottle. Then capped bottles are fed to the zone of self-adhesive label application and subsequent running in. Fully packaged bottles are delivered to the exit turn table.

Safety

The module is equipped with an alarm and warning system. The working area is located in a closed unit, which provides additional security for the installation for operating personnel.
