Scope and field of application

Working production

Before starting the machine is connected to the mains (220-380V). On the main conveyor bottles are set. Caps are filled up in an elevator-type feeder.

On the control panel are included:

• main conveyor (flag-type switch);
• roll-in mechanism (key for turning on the control mechanism of the roll-in mechanism);
• side running device (key on the frequency converter of the side running control unit).

After that, the tare begins to move along the conveyor. From the bunker, the caps are fed to the conveyor of the elevator type feeder, then into the feed tray of the seaming unit and into the mechanism for removing the covers, which holds the cover until it is placed on the container. Next, using the rollers of the seaming block, the cap is screwed on. Then the sealed container moves along the conveyor to the unloading area.
