Semiautomatic capper with lifting table (bottle holder) МZ-400Е3

This capper differs from the basic modification of the semiautomatic capper MZ-400E3 by availability of a lifting bottle holder instead of a descending capping head. A bottle-feed drive is intended for reciprocal vertical movement of bottles (vials) to the capping mechanism (capping head). The drive consists of an electric motor, cylindrical gearing and lifting rod with a bottle placement mechanism.

All machine units and elements are made of stainless steel and caprol in compliance with GMP standard and other normative requirements applied to medical machinery. Due to its universality, the capper is in demand by manufacturers of a wide range of products.

Scope and field of application

The semiautomatic capper with a lifting table (bottle holder) МZ-400Е3 is intended for capping of bottles with smooth aluminum flip-off covers and caps. The machine’s specialized design variant is capable of operation with other types of caps. The capper is suitable for operation with glass bottles of different height and form of section: classic round, rectangular, oval or flask-type section. The equipment can be used at pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, chemical, and perfumery production enterprises.

Working principle

Prior to work the semiautomatic capper is connected to a power supply. A bottle with a cap is put into the bottle holder of a corresponding size. After pressing the start button and activation of an electric motor, the bottle is lifted to the capping mechanism level in such a way that a bottleneck is in the center of the capping head. At this moment capping is carried out.

Then the capped bottle is replaced with a new one, and the cycle is repeated. All capper operation phases are recorded by a terminal switch. The microswitch is mounted inside a bed, is in contact with a cam and transmits a signal of a single automatic cycle completion to the penal.

Operational comfort

The machine was designed taking into account the specifics of actions of an operator who controls it. All models of this capper are provided with two start buttons - one is located on the common control panel and the other near the capping post. It contributes to reduction of operator’s movements and to greater operational comfort.

Design variants

The machine typical design variant is intended for capping of one type of bottles at customer's option. If a production process requires use of bottles of various sizes, we offer to complete the machine with additional accessories/components needed. Besides, the capper can be completed with a foot pedal that increases its production significantly and reduces operator’s load.

Safety

The capper is provided with a protective cover of the capping head that prevents accidental entrapment of operator’s hands into the capping zone.

Заказанный полуавтомат был поставлен нам в уже налаженном состоянии под используемые типоразмеры флаконов и крышек, что позволило сразу начать рабочий процесс.

За время эксплуатации машина работает стабильно и позволяет укупоривать требуемое количество бутылок в час.
