The desk-type capping machine has an ergonomic design, and is made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium. The capper is capable of tight beading of up to 1000 caps per hour.

Scope and field of application

The semiautomatic capper MZ-400P is a desk-type machine intended for capping of glass bottles with К-2 flip-off smooth aluminium caps. It performs reliable capping of bottles up to 180 mm high with caps from 8 to 20 mm in diameter (depending on the capping head dimensions).

Working principle

An operator puts a bottle into the centre of a mortice that fixes it with clamping leafs. Then the capping cycle is activated by pressing the button. The machine’s capping head drops down onto a cap with a preset force and starts capping it.
