Elevator caps feeder BK-3000 (8000 bottles/hour) provides continuous caps supply to the capping mechanism. The most important advantage of the feeder is the presence of a roomy storage tank that allows you to load the covers in large batches.

The model is equipped with sensors to automatically stop the movement of the covers when the output groove is full, which ensures maximum efficiency and uninterrupted operation.

Scope and field of application

The feeder of this model is designed to ensure the supply of correctly positioned caps to the bottle capping area. The main areas of application of the installation are pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicine and the cosmetic industry.

Working principle

The operator places the caps in the storage tank in the area of the horizontal lifting conveyor. Caps fall into the orienting ribs located on the conveyor belt, which do not allow the plug to pass in the wrong position. Next, with the help of an elevator conveyor, the caps are raised to a predetermined height and moved to the output groove. In the process of lifting, only correctly oriented caps remain on the tape, the other caps fall back into the storage tank. From the output groove, a special guide rail of correctly oriented caps is fed into the capping area, where they are already thrown over the bottle's throat. In the event of an overload of the guide rail, a sensor is triggered, which delays the covers and stops the orientator's belt.
