The hot filling process is most suitable for production of food products with an extended storage period. The hot filling enables to kill microorganisms harmful both for a product and for customer’s health, and to  product foods without preservation agents.

The 3 in 1 machine-multiblock «Master» for hot filling process in glassware was created by the specialists of «AURORA PACK ENGINEERING» based on their own in-house developments with the use of the innovative technologies of hot filling process. The single platform of functional assemblies’ location ensures the most efficient synchronization of rinsing, filling and capping processes. The equipment meets the requirements of GMP and HACCP.

 

Scope and field of application

The 3 in 1-multiblock «Master» is intended for rinsing and drying of glassware, pouring (filling) of products and capping of glass bottles. The equipment is designed especially for food industry enterprises using the hot filling technology (production of juices, nectars, fruit drinks, vegetable mixes, and other products).

 

Working principle

  • Rinsing and drying

In the rinsing module, the bottles is gripped with special holds and placed under a nozzle, which supplies liquid inside the bottles. For external rinsing, special sprinklers are installed inside the module. During rinsing, the glass containers are rotated and turned upside down periodically. Then drying of the glassware is performed in a similar way.

 

  • Filling

At the filling section the glassware is filled with the product.

 

  • Capping

The properly feeder caps are put on the bottles, and then the bottles are capped.

 

Then the bottles move to the blow off section where external drying is performed. After that, the completed bottles is delivered to the output table via a belt conveyor.
