Scope and field of application
Master 3-in-1 machine-multimachine for milk filling in glass bottles is intended for rinsing and drying of glass bottles, filling them with milk and further capping. The machine is used by enterprises producing milk and milk-based drinks.
Working principle
Rinsing and drying
Bottles are placed in the rinsing area’s spiral conveyer where they are distributed on the input barrel positions. Each position is equipped with a nozzle with water fed for inside rinsing. Then a bottle is gripped by a holder and is rotated with periodical overturning. The sprayers on the module perimeter perform outside rinsing. Then the drying process is performed in a similar way.
Filling
Then the bottles are placed exactly under a filling head and are filled with a product.
Capping
In the capping area, a cap is put on each bottle and then capping is performed.
Upon completion of the cycle, the bottles are blown off outside and moved to the output table by a band conveyer.
