Still liquids are specific kind of products produced by various companies. They include milk, vodka, juices, liquid soap and other slightly foaming liquid and mid-viscous products. Manufacture and packing of these liquids shall be performed in strict compliance with the industrial requirements as far as the product quality and preservation during transportation and storage depend on these processes.

Master 3-in-1 machine-multimachine for filling of still liquids in glass bottles designed by the specialists of AURORA PACK ENGINEERING is a system for implementation of the processes related to filling of products of this type. Grouping and movement of bottles to the modules, feeding of water for rinsing and of product for bottle filling are performed by the machine automatically, and all the modules operate simultaneously. The filling system is based on gravitational feed of liquid that ensures implementation of the process with the preset pressure parameters and other peculiarities of feeding such liquids. The machine is characterized by a simple design and easy maintenance, small dimensions and low cost.

 

Scope and field of application

Master 3-in-1 machine-multimachine is intended for rinsing and drying of glass bottles, filling them with a product, and capping. The equipment is designed for still liquids and is applied by the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

 

Working principle

  • Rinsing and drying

Bottles are placed into the rinsing module where they are properly positioned by the input barrel. The nozzles, put inside each bottle, spray water performing inside rinsing. Outside rinsing is performed by the sprayers located along the perimeter. The bottles are dried inside and outside in a similar way.

  • Filling

As the bottles come to the filling section, they are positioned exactly under a filling head, and then filled with a product.

  • Capping

A cap is put on every bottle, and capping is performed.

Then the bottles are dried outside, and moved to the output table.

We offer different design variants of this machine oriented for a certain kind of the customer’s activity: filling of beer, vodka, milk, sweet carbonated drinks, household and auto chemicals, and aggressive liquids. Each machine is manufactured according to an individual technical task (SOW) and can have an original modification.
