The filling of fruit, vegetable and fruit juices involves the creation of special conditions at the production site that meet all the requirements in the field of sanitation and sterility. 3 in 1 machine and filling multiblock “Master” in glass bottles supplied by “AURORA PACK ENGINEERING” company, implements a full cycle of juice packaging processes – from rinsing containers to capping in strict accordance with the requirements imposed on installations of this type.

Direct transfer of bottles from the filling zone to the capping zone reduces the time of contact of the product with air, which ensures its packaging strictly with the specified properties. All items in contact with the product are made of high quality stainless steel, approved for use in food production.

 

Scope and field of application

3 in 1 machine for filling juice in a glass bottles “Master” is intended for washing, drying, filling juice and sealing glass bottles with a volume of 330 to 500 ml. The scope of this machine is large and medium-sized enterprises in the food industry.

 

Working principle

  • Rinsing and drying

After entering the 3 in 1 machine, the bottle enters the auger and is distributed along the grooves of the input drum. The inlet drum brings the bottle under the clips of the rinsing mechanism disc. The rinse holder grabs the neck of the bottle and transports it in a circle, turning it upside down. The bottle is rinsed inside and out. For rinsing from the inside, a nozzle is placed under each bottle, to which a tube with liquid is connected. For rinsing on the outside installed nozzles. Rinsing duration is determined by the equipment settings. After rinsing, the bottles are directed to a drying mechanism. Similar to the rinsing mechanism, they are dried from the inside using air nozzles.

  • Filling

After drying, the bottles are directed to the filling mechanism, precisely positioned under the filling head and filled with the product. The 3 in 1 machine uses a level filling mechanism. The filling volume is determined by the height at which the nozzle is immersed in the bottle. After filling with the product, the bottle is directed to the capping mechanism.

  • Capping

Before entering the mechanism, the bottle removes the cap from the outlet of the guide rail of the cap supply. After capping, the bottles with the product are sent to the area where the external drying (air knife) is carried out. After all the stages, the bottles arrive at the exit of the conveyor.
