The anchor mixing unit UP-200 was developed by the specialists of “AURORA PACK ENGINEERING”, taking into account the peculiarities of products with varying degrees of viscosity, which allows its use in various industries. The equipment is a mobile rack with a lifting platform that moves and adjusts as required.

The use of this device allows you to avoid sticking of the product, the formation of sludge, uneven distribution of granules and other inclusions. This ensures the productivity and accuracy of packaging, which, in turn, is reflected in the overall quality of the manufactured goods.

Scope and field of application

The anchor mixing unit UP-200 is designed for mixing, producing and preparing liquid and viscous products before the packing operation of the finished product. The scope of application of the installation – production facilities of pharmaceutical, veterinary, food, cosmetic and chemical enterprises.

Working principle

Before starting work, the operator sets all the necessary parameters for the operation of the device, arranges it as necessary relative to the tank with the product. The boom with anchor type mixer is lowered to the level of the product in the tank. Using a manual winch, the operator moves the boom to the desired position and starts the installation. If necessary, the mixer rotation speed is additionally regulated.
