Scope and field of application

The filling line “Master” is designed for filling (filling, capping and labeling) pharmaceutical and veterinary products into bottles. The product can be used in pharmaceutical industries.

The sensor for the presence of a bottle in the filling zone gives a command to turn on / stop the monoblock in the presence / absence of a bottle in the filling area. The plug presence sensor gives a command to turn on / stop the monoblock in the presence / absence of a plug before putting the cap on the bottle.

For its manufacture, the following materials were used: stainless steel, AISI304, AISI316L, medical caprolon, medical silicone tubes, meets all the necessary GMP requirements.

Working principle

The bottles from the hopper enter the unscrambler, which sets it in the desired position - with the neck up, and feeds it to the conveyor. The bottles begin to move along the conveyor, and then the dividing disc moves them sequentially to the filling position under the nozzle of the filling unit, where the product is filled.

When moving the bottle to the plugs feeder, a plug is thrown over it and stoppered, then the bottle is moved to the caps feeder, where a dropper cap is thrown over it. Further, when moving to the position of the capping head, the bottle filled with the product is sealed.

Then the botttle is released and moves further along the conveyor to the labeling position.

The separation of the labels from the paper base occurs due to the folding of the liner made of siliconized paper around the adapter of the installation. The substrate is pulled by a drive roller connected to the applicator stepper drive shaft.

The used substrate is reeled up by the pickup axle. The paper base is fixed on it with the help of an engaging device, which provides quick loading of the roll and quick removal of the used paper base.

Advantages
