Storage tank EMK 10-100 for filling and holding products is one of the most universal models of capacity equipment manufactured by our company “AURORA PACK ENGINEERING”. The use of this installation allows you to carry out production process with proper quality and in strict accordance with a given technology, because the equipment does not affect the product characteristics and meets all requirements for installations of this type.

The tank is made of steel AISI 316L. All components of the tank are covered with special protective compounds that provide resistance to corrosion and the effects of stored enviroments. If necessary, the installation is supplied with additional equipment that allows the most efficient production operations.

Scope and field of application

Storage tank is intended for storage of products of a liquid, viscous and thick consistency, as well as for their dosing and carrying out various technological and physical processes. The equipment is used by manufacturers of food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic products when working with solutions, suspensions, vegetable oils, cleaning products etc.

Operation concept

Capacity is set on a level surface. Adjustment of the tank height and level is carried out by adjusting the supports. The product is placed in a tank. The top of the storage tank is covered with a lid to prevent foreign substances from entering it. The intake and discharge of liquid is carried out using a ball valve mounted on the branch pipe. The control of the level and volume of fluid is determined using a silicone tube and a measuring scale.
