Scope and field of application
This line is built on a modular architecture, which is the basis for all produced filling lines. The undoubted advantage of the line circuit is its flexibility, which allows, if necessary, to vary with the included elements. For example, abandon the labeling/dating module.
The filling line “Master” is designed for dosed supply of alcohol products into bottles, as well as for the following operations: rinsing, drying, capping, labeling, dating and group packaging. The product can be used in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, meets all the necessary GMP requirements.
For its manufacture, materials were used: stainless steel, AISI304, AISI316L, medical caprolon, medical silicone tubes. The equipment is manufactured in explosion-proof design and has Ex S class.
Working principle
The bottles go to the conveyor, from where they go to the 3 in1 machine, where the bottles are rinsed and blown, and then the product is poured into the bottles and capped. After that, the bottle is transferred to the drying system, where excess moisture or product is removed from the bottle. After that, the bottles go to the labeling line, where the label is applied and the bottle is rolled. Then the finished bottle enters an automatic thermo-packaging line for further group packaging in shrink film.

Design variant
This line can be modified:
- installation of a production counting system and a rejection system
- installation of special nozzles with a foam pump (for especially foaming products)
- increasing the volume of the tank (receiving tank) for the product
Safety
The special cover protects the product during filling from possible external (mechanical) contamination.
